Valor Heights ("we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit private school located at the GFI Soccer Complex, 27001 Lenze Rd, Spring, TX 77389.

Submitting an application, inquiry, or campus visit request does not create an enrollment relationship and does not guarantee admission. Enrollment at Valor Heights is governed exclusively by a signed enrollment agreement, and if these Terms conflict with a signed enrollment agreement, the enrollment agreement controls.

6. Tuition, Fees, and Donations

Payments made through or in connection with this website — including application fees, deposits, tuition, and donations — are subject to our Refund Policy. Valor Heights is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law, but we do not provide tax advice — consult your tax advisor about your specific situation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, videos, and page design — is the property of Valor Heights or its content providers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. The Valor Heights name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of this website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Valor Heights regarding use of this website.
